why nature school?
We believe that a child's foundation for learning and growth stem from an early love for nature and exploration. Children have innate creative, open minds that see possibilities at every turn. A peach can open a variety of questions: Where did it come from? How does it grow? Why does it have fuzz? What does it taste like? How does a pit turn into a tree?
These questions are the foundation for inquiry-based learning and allow children to delve into a myriad of topics that interest them.

inspiring children to be compassionate, life-long learners
Little Sprouts Nature School provides an enriching learning environment for students to develop and grow. We believe that all children are inherently curious and learn best through play. By spending extended time in nature, we aim to inspire and develop a love for learning, resiliency, positive connections with self and others, a sense of adventure, and kindness for all.
Little Sprouts offers a safe environment where children can learn, explore, create, and thrive in nature.

child driven
In nature children get to stretch their creative muscles through child driven play, practicing gross motor skill development, and calibrating their minds and bodies to be ready for their futures.
life long learning
Extended time in nature encourages children to explore their individual interests and learn to love learning itself.
